Great Attractions in Orange, New South Wales

motel Orange NSW

Orange is the kind of city that makes you feel like you have been missing out on the best things in life every time you are here. Serenely located within the inlands of New South Wales, it is safe to say that all the fantasies that holidaymakers crave are found here. Jaw-dropping attractions are some of these great experiences that can transport you to high heavens.

The flagship attraction, at least to me, would be Mount Canobolas and the surrounding Lake Canobolas Reserve. This picturesque mountain provides a relaxing atmosphere that one cannot explain. The quiet and cool atmosphere, spectacular views and lookouts are some of the offerings here. Did I even mention that there are picnic and BBQ areas for the whole family enjoyment? The lovers of bushwalking would definitely feel like buying a home here. And so would the canoeing enthusiasts.

Orange is indeed the home of colours in the country if the great look in autumn is anything to go by. You can enjoy these colours maximally by visiting Orange Parks, Gardens and Reserves. From Robertson Park, Gosling Creek Reserve and Cook Park, you will have a refreshing experience that would be hard to explain.
What about the many wineries and Vineyards around the city? No tour would be complete, for many tourists, without popping at least into one of the local wineries or even fruit farms. One tip though. While you are looking to land that excellent motel Orange NSW is known for, don’t just book without a bit of bargaining. They may have fixed bed rates but that does not mean they can’t bend the rules. Enjoy your stay.
